"We have had a great experience with this company, with Jim and all of his team. It was a particularly difficult time because my sister and I were dealing with a house move for our very elderly mother, with both of us living very far away. Jim was constantly available and in communication as we drew up plans to create an accessible wetroom bathroom in limited space and to reconfigure interior walls to create a really nice age appropriate and wheelchair useable space for our mother. Jim coordinated everything perfectly, from the bathroom conversion to interior reconstruction and electrical work. Any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately. We are extremely satisfied, our mother is delighted with her new home, and the care workers who help her have everything now to make their job a lot easier. It was a level of support beyond anything we had expected."

"Jim and his team delivered a lovely wet-room space which is accessible, usable and elegant. There was much creative problem solving and juggling of tasks as they discovered various snags in an old house and sorted them quickly, calling on expertise in a timely manner. The level of communication and care was excellent and the team showed particular kindness and understanding for the context with my mother and her care assistants in the house. We love our new Scandi-style panels and stylish new floor. The space is transformed!"

"From estimate to completion of work the whole process was seamless. Jim attended every day to manage works ensuring various teams from joiners, to plumbers and floor layers to electricians were on site as required. The quality of finish is first class with all measurements and fittings done with precision. Jim was able to offer his knowledge and experience in areas I hadn't thought about making choices easy. He went over and above on getting little extras to make life easier. Job had a very tight timescale from my side and Jim ensured it was completed well within promised timeframe. All rubbish removed leaving place immaculate. I would highly recommend them if you require a disabled friendly wet-room."

"Exceptional customer service throughout the process of turning my father's bathroom into an accessible wet room - with the offer of ongoing support even beyond the completion of the work. Excellent advice on how to make the best choices from a mobility perspective, things we would never have thought of ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble during the re-fit, there was so much consideration to minimise disruption for my dad (who has Alzheimer's), the guys went above and beyond. We are delighted with the quality of the finished wet room and it's already making life much easier and safer."

"Got a wetroom installed for my parents recently and the service we received from this Company was excellent from the initial meeting until the job was completed. Jim and his team - Rory, Barry, Callum, Billy, Scott and Martin - were highly professional in every way from their advice, efficiency, completing the job on time and nothing being too much trouble. "The company removed the bathroom from my flat and installed a wet room in its place. The result is magnificent. The work was complicated by the discovery that the trajectory of some pipework placed when the flat was built was defective and possibly illegal. The job was still finished on time at an overall reasonable cost. Many thanks to Jim and Rory in particular."

"provided an excellent service from initial advice and design to completion of a wet room to replace our bathroom. In a first floor apartment we were concerned about the neighbours. But a letter was delivered to all, the communal carpetting and stairs were protected and hoovered each afternoon. No complaints. The end result is what we need particularly for my wife whose balance and mobility are major issues. Family and friends (and Occupational Therapy) think that it is excellent. So, in one week, the team delivered and they were very good. We couldn't have asked for more."
