It was a particularly difficult time because my sister and I were dealing with a house move for our very elderly mother, with both of us living very far away. Jim was constantly available and in communication as we drew up plans to create an accessible wetroom bathroom in limited space and to reconfigure interior walls to create a really nice age appropriate and wheelchair useable space for our mother. Jim coordinated everything perfectly, from the bathroom conversion to interior reconstruction and electrical work. Any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately. We are extremely satisfied, our mother is delighted with her new home, and the care workers who help her have everything now to make their job a lot easier. The work was complicated by the discovery that the trajectory of some pipework placed when the flat was built was defective and possibly illegal.
